I am looking for individuals who have a passion for this industry and crave a killer career. We are likeminded, independent artists and beauty pros who got into this industry because we wanted the freedom to thrive...on our time, in our own unique way. 

 

As an owner I also work behind the chair.  I know this industry and the ups and downs that go along with it. You are the boss of your business here.  We have an amazing team for support, venting and sometimes a cocktail or two. 

 

Salon culture is super important to us.  We want individuals who are easy going, hold themselves accountable, are always striving to be better and happy to tell a co-worker "You nailed that!"

 

If you're coming from a commission-based salon and scared to make the leap, we are here for you.  We have incredible tools, strategies and ideas for you to make this a successful transition. Studio suites are great but they're not for everyone.  Some of us crave a team environment and want the hustle and bustle of salon life while still being in charge of our business.  Maybe you've been in this industry for years and just need a change.
